How to Fill CUET UG 2024 Application Form - Step by Step Complete Guide

The Central Universities Entrance Test (CUET) is your gateway to prestigious universities across India. But before you ace the exam, the first hurdle is filling the application form correctly. Don't worry, we've got you covered! This guide will break down the process into simple steps, ensuring a stress-free application experience.

Step 1: Registration 

• Visit the official CUET website: https://cuet.samarth.ac.in
• Click on "Apply Online" and select "UG" program.
• Enter your personal details (name, email, mobile number, etc.) and a verification code.
• You'll receive login credentials (application number and password) via email and SMS.

Step 2: Login and Fill the Form 

1. Use your login credentials to access the application form.
    
2. Carefully fill in your personal details, including:
   • Name
   • Father's name
   • Mother's name
   • Date of birth
   • Nationality
   • Domicile state
   • Category (General, SC, ST, etc.)
   • Gender
   • Physically challenged (if applicable)

3. Enter your academic details, including:
   • Class 10 and 12 board names and years of passing
   • Roll numbers and marks obtained in all subjects
   • Any other relevant academic qualifications (optional)

4. Enter your communication details:

• Permanent Address
• Correspondence Address
• Alternative Mobile Number
• Alternative Email Address
• Double-check all information for accuracy.

Step 3: Choose Exam Centers and Programs 

• Select your preferred exam cities and centers.

Step 4: Choose the Universities and Programs 

• Choose the universities and programs you're applying to (carefully check eligibility criteria).
• You can select all the universities and programs.

Step 5: Select Test Papers/Subjects

• Choose the test papers (Language, Domain-Specific Subjects) you'll be taking based on your chosen program(s).
• Pay close attention to subject combinations required by different universities.

NOTE: Your admission will be rejected by university at the time of counselling process if you don’t meet the eligibility criteria or subjects. 

Suggestion: Choose any 1 Language, Minimum 3 Domain Subjects & General Test. According to this candidate is eligible for all the courses under University of Delhi.

Important Note: Candidates should select those Domain Subjects that they have already studied in class 12. In case a    particular subject is not there in the CUET Domain Subject list, then candidates can choose a subject that is most similar to what they have studied in class 12.

Step 6: Upload Documents

• Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Ensure the files are clear and meet the size requirements.

Step 7: Fee Payment

• Pay the application fee using debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI.
• Fee varies based on category and number of universities/programs chosen.

Step 8: Review and Submit

• Thoroughly review your application form for any errors or omissions.
• Once satisfied, click "Submit" to finalize your application.
